I don’t know about you, but lately my inbox has been flooded with mentors telling me to start planning for 2020. To fill up my calendar and then I’ll be successful.
If I were to fill up my 2020 calendar, I’m more inclined to think I’ll be stressed out thinking about all the things I need to do.
I know I have a lot of things I need to do.
And some of those things include writing.
But for me the only thing on my calendar is to enjoy the holidays. The New Year will ring in as it always does. I would rather spend this time with family and friends, enjoying the moment instead of fretting about the legion of things awaiting me in 2020.
So, in the spirit of slowing down and being in the now, enjoy this classic song:
Until next time.
