In Pictures

I have a lot of pictures on my iPhone. Most are not worth keeping and some should have been deleted as soon as I realized I’d chopped off someone’s head, arm, or ear.

But there are others worth keeping and preserving.

Snapshots of my family and friends well worth remembering.

Yesterday, I was talking to my friend. As a new mom, she often looks back on the photos to see how her daughter has grown over the last 9 months. I asked if she planned to print them out. She said no. She remembered the moments.

To me, photos are there to share the memories and love they capture. And to do that they can’t be stuck on a phone but shared, preferably with text, to let others know what you experienced that made it so special. Printing is optional.

So, I plan to begin sorting and documenting the photos I have, that way my kids can have the story of my life as told by me.

Until next time, stay healthy.
