the myth of time

Today, my normal routine has been completely disrupted by a doctor’s appointment. I took off work in the morning because it is on the otherside of town and would have added an extra 1/2 hour to my 1/2 hour commute.

Which means I get to sleep in plus I have an hour and a half to fill before I leave for my appointment.

An hour and a half is a long time.

At least until you are in it, doing stuff you’re okay with doing. Then it doesn’t seem like an hour or even a half, it seems like 15 minutes.

And then you realize you haven’t even done half the things you thought you could do.

Ah, well, at least I accomplished something. Or started it:D

Until next time, stay healthy.
