When it rains…

Is about the time you realize that your windshield wipers don’t work.

Yep, I went to turn on my wipers and all I heard was the dying heartbeat of the motor but no wiper motion on the driver’s side.

I thought, rightly, that the wiper may have become fused with the glass given the heat and months without rain or moisture. However, prying the wiper from the glass didn’t initiate any movement.

I then had my truck cleaned and blew out some of the leaves and twigs that had collected near the wiper motor. Still no joy.

Then I told the hubbinator who used canned air to spray out even more leaves and twigs then tighten a nut, and viola. The wipers worked.

Guess, sometimes all it takes is acknowledging you have a loose screw and tightening it. LOL.

Until next time, stay healthy.
