Here in the Valley of the Sun, the last few days have been under 100F. Okay, it’s been 99F, but the mental effect has me cleaning my jackets for the cool weather to come.
And with cooler weather, it’s time to dust off the comfort food recipes.
The hubbinator and I enjoy a nice corned beef hash with a fried egg on top for dinner.
Now, I just have to wait until the kids go out, so I can make it just for the two of us.
