I admit I am struggling. It seemed about 7 years ago when I wrote my current WIP, I had a completely different process. Or I just winged it and wrote whatever I want.
So, now as I go back and try to layer in the stuff that should have been there, I have no idea what that stuff that should have been there is.
Most vexing.
It is a good story, and I am not keen on trashing it or setting it aside for another 7 years.
I think I am going to try to retrograde my current process to see if I can fix the missing bits in the story and make it a little more cohesive.
