Well, I didn’t quite read my March books. I am still reading Six Degrees.
I also started another cozy mystery, Fall of a Philanderer.
What are you reading?

I spent some free time this weekend creating a few new necklaces and a bracelet. I still have to finish the bracelet and I am looking forward to some new patterns using seed beads.

Until next time, stay healthy.
Just when you think you’ve assembled all your tax stuff, another form arrives in the mail.
I thought I had organized the chaos of my beading and book area.
Apparently, I had created a cat tree with fun things to push on the floor.

Until next time, stay healthy.
It is always nice to be greeted with a smile when you walk into a room.
Just maybe not from your curtain rod.

It seems our cat’s weekly scaling of the various peaks of mount curtain proved too much for the curtain rod. The brackets were the first to go then the rod bent under Zim’s weight as he tightrope walked to the other side.
We have a new rod and brackets up. I just wish the screws used an Allen wrench instead of a Phillip’s or flathead screwdriver for such a tight space.
Until next time, stay healthy.
The only thing better than the words ‘paid vacation’ are ‘all-expenses-paid vacation’ preferably not by you.
No, this isn’t about vegetables. This is about that time after work and before bedtime that is spent unwinding from the day.
I’m talking about TV time.
Sure, I do the walk thing, and the exercise thing, and the cooking dinner/washing dishes thing, but the time that is left.
Lately, the Hubbinator and I have been bingewatching House Hunters (in most of its incarnations), Ghost Adventurers, Nadiya Bakes, Dream Home Makeover, Murder in the Heartland, Doctor Who, and The Golden Girls.
What is your guilty pleasure?
There are times, lots of times, when it is time to unplug and disconnect from the television and reconnect with the silence/pseudo silence in your head.
For me, I enjoy working with my hands. And while most of the time was spent wrangling grass from the garden, I did manage to follow some tutorials and make some jewelry.

The Scooby Doo necklace has mood beads on it, which are usually blue or green. I don’t remember what that means, but I do love them and might have to buy more of them.

Until next time, stay healthy.
Sometimes when I pray, Hell gets one soul closer to being full, and the world gets one step closer to the zombie apocalypse.
And so it came to pass that we had to make the hardest decision that a pet owner ever makes. We decided to put our Bear to sleep.

He was 17.
Until next time, stay healthy.
