Day 9

It’s been 9 days since I’ve gone off caffeine.

And I’m exhausted. Here I thought most of my days were powered by inappropriate thoughts, but it turns out a lot of that fuel came from caffeine.

Yesterday was so bad that I stood in front of the vending machine willing staring at the caffeinated goodness that was Dr. Pepper. I didn’t give in to the craving.

The two days of migraines last week were still fresh enough in my thoughts to keep the money in my pocket.

So now I’m frowning at the coconut water because it isn’t as good as the brown nirvana of my soda of choice.

I believe now is the time to begin exploring the variety of caffeine free teas and maybe some fruit infusions. Suggestions are welcome:D

Until next time.
