A Little Fruity

While shopping at Costco, the hubbinator and I found these guys.

They remind me of those sole shredding monkey balls that I always seemed to step on. Thankfully these are not those summer shrapnel but fruit.

They’re called rumbutans and we had to learn how to eat them. it’s very simple—just cut through the skin as you turn it then peel the skin away and eat around the seed. It’s a little like a grape but not quite as sweet.

Until next time, stay healthy.
